In Store Refunds and Exchanges
Merchandise may refund or exchanged, within 14 days of purchase with receipt, for any/all items on the receipt except on items listed below.
Receipt must be tendered for refund. Additional Refunds not available for remaining items on receipt once the receipt is tendered. Reprinted receipts to not qualify for refunds
Refunds for purchases by credit card may only be refunded to the same card which must be presented for processing. Refunds for purchases by Apple Pay / Google Pay / other electronic payment must be refunded to the original physical card.
Exchange only at current retail selling price if no receipt is presented. (We do not issue store credit.)
No exchanges or refunds for worn or used garments or for used non-defective products. Item returned must be in original packaging, in saleable condition.
No exchange or refund on undergarments, hosiery, bathing suits, and bedding (pillows, sheet sets, comforters, blanket, etc.) No exchange or refund on cut yard goods.
